Frank Sinatra believed that Marilyn Monroe had been murdered, is supported in a new apocalyptic book.
Marilyn Monroe was found dead from an overdose of sleeping pills in August 1962, but the book claims to be the legend of the Rat Pack (of the famous cast and performer) she believed her death was linked to her well-known relationship with the US president, John F.. Kennedy and his brother, Bobby.
In the book entitled "Sinatra And Me: In The Wee Small Hours», the former manager, musician, singer, award-winning film producer and close friend of Frank Sinatra, Tony Opendisano claims: "Frank believed he was murdered and he never got over it".
Marilyn Monroe lived in the Cal Neva Lodge before her death, partly owned by Sinatra and the book claims she was there with her ex-husband, baseball legend Joe DiMaggio.
According to The Independent, Monroe was to give a press conference at the hotel, during which, according to the book, would announce her reunion with DiMaggio.
The actress died before the press conference and the book states that Frank Sinatra believed that she was silenced for fear that she would use the event to reveal secrets about her relationship with the Kennedys..
