Feng Shui: 4 simple Discharge and Rejuvenation movements!!

From the time we wake up in the morning until the time we go to bed we come into contact with many different people. We have good relations with others, with others not so much, some of us are indifferent while others are aggressive, angry or extremely anxious. Returning home we "carry" all these energies with us and this is not always good...

ας δούμε πως θα «πετάξουμε» από πάνω μας τις αρνητικές δονήσεις.
Movement 1st:
We make sure to put some sage sprigs on the entrance mat that absorb negative vibrations (we renew them every month).

Motion 2nd:
Wash hands and face, take off shoes and wear comfortable clothes to give our aura room to "breathe". If we are going to wear the same clothes again, we make sure to shake them out.

Motion 3rd:
We give ourselves time, 10 minutes are enough... We sit somewhere calmly with our eyes closed and our backs straight. We breathe deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth making a sound for 3 breathing cycles…(δοκιμάστε το και μέσα στην ημέρα είναι εξαιρετικά ανακουφιστικό).
We focus on our bodies, at the points where we feel tension and guide our exhalation there. Motion 4th:
We take sea salt and mix it with almond oil, to make a paste. We add a few drops of sage essential oil and anoint our body. Στη συνέχεια κάνουμε ντουζ αφήνοντας το νερό να τρέξει από την κορυφή του κεφαλιού μας και οραματιζόμενοι ότι οποιαδήποτε αρνητική δόνηση φεύγει από πάνω μας μαζί με το νερό που ρέει.
