An exclusive, Katerina Monogyou gave a very revealing interview on the show "MEGA Kalimera"..
The MP talked about the sudden loss of her brother and her divorce.
"Beauty is a blessing and a curse as they say, when you are well-intentioned though, it turns on you. I had to prove that I could do things, because of appearance. I have dyslexia and I love it. There are various things that society doesn't know about and targets you for. I close my ears to every toxic person".
For the sudden loss of her brother, George, he said:
"When a new person 'leaves' it is not easy, as a family we bonded even more. After losing my brother, occupational therapy helped me. My brother, George, is here, souls do not leave, only the bodies. I behave as my brother would want: to move on with my life and make him proud".
About her personal life she said:
"I would very much like a child, but if it didn't come, I wouldn't consider it a failure. I will be doing egg freezing very soon. When I was separated from my ex-husband, I wasn't allowed to save my eggs and I said that has to change.".
