In her statements, earlier this month, the Oscar-winning actress spoke about her relationship between the two heroes of the film; "It was a lot of fun" to sing and dance and flirt with Ki.
"It was like seeing someone for a long time and being a little in love with them," Streep joked., when asked if they had chemistry with each other on set.
"Keegan's talent is so huge. He is funny, he is beautiful and he sings ", added the actress.
With Ki telling the Strip: "I'll pay you later Meryl", and supplement: "It simply came to our notice then, that when you admire someone for a long time from afar, you always hold a place for him in your heart ".
The film is based on the Broadway musical of the same name 2018 and they also play Nicole Kidman, James Corden and Andrew Ranels.
