The homemade face-body mask is an easy and economical cosmetic with many active substances. Depending on its ingredients, it opens the pores of the skin, helps to clean the skin by removing dust, sebum and dead cells!!

- Wash the dishes well (mixer, bowl etc) that you will use and the materials of the mask that can be washed.
- Make the mask, when you have time for yourself, without being disturbed by anything or anyone.
- Always do a sensitivity test. Put some mask behind your ear, wait for 20-30 minutes and rinse with water. If no irritation occurs within 24 hours, you can apply the mask.
- Before applying the mask pull back your hair and exfoliate, to clean the skin, to open its pores, to be able to absorb the nutrients of the mask better. Wash by lightly wiping your skin.
- Apply a thin layer of the mask with a brush or with clean hands, with gentle movements without pulling your skin, avoiding the area around the eyes, unless the product is suitable for that area.
- If the mask is watery and does not stand or dries quickly, all you have to do is soak a towel or a large gauze in the mask, putting the soaked cloth on your skin. So the mask will not run, nor will it dry as easily.
- After application lie down, Relax, avoiding to move the muscles of the skin where you have applied the mask, until it's time to gently remove it.
- The mask remains on the skin 15-20 minutes, so it can dry. But if, par’ all you have done is the sensitivity test, sense that something is wrong (itch, flare etc) remove the mask immediately.
- To remove the mask you need to soften it first. If it's a body mask, you better take a shower. If it is a face-neck, put water in handfuls and wet your skin well.
- With a damp pad or a soft cloth, start cleaning from the forehead going down, without rubbing the skin.
- Movements in the eye area should be very gentle. When daddy gets dirty, take another and repeat the process. If you use a cloth, rinse it thoroughly and continue cleaning.
- After removing the mask, wash your skin well with lukewarm water and then cold by putting a cream afterwards.
