Rice does not get "muddy", if….. See the secret!!

Usually the rice is ready before the rest of the meals are cooked!! You choose to let it wait in the pot, but ends up accompanying the meal, with something that looks and tastes like mashed rice!!…..
To achieve the pimpled rice, there are two tricks to apply, one while cooking and one after it is ready:
1. How to cook rice properly


  • In a pot of your choice
    pour in a measured amount of rice, using for
    example a glass.

  • With the same glass, add to the pot
    twice the amount of water.

  • For example, 1 glass of rice – 2 glasses of water.

  • Then close the pot with a tight-fitting lid
    leave for approx 15 minutes, until the rice is cooked, but without
    open the lid to look at or mix.

  • Pick it up
    cap only when it's ready and you'll know it, since it won't
    there is a trace of water.

  • Don't forget, that in this way the rice does not
    it sticks.

2. How to protect ready rice from moisture


  • It just is
    ready, take a clean towel and cover the pot.

  • Post
    place its lid on top, to close it.

  • The towel absorbs the steam, who otherwise will
    it would collect on the lid and drip onto the rice.
