– Cut the chocolate into small pieces
– Put it in a bowl with a little water
– Heat in the microwave from 30 seconds to 1 minute, thin
– Mix with a wooden utensil
– If it has not melted enough in the microwave it will melt when you mix it. If needed, put the chocolate back in the microwave for a few seconds
– If you add a little butter it will be all you need to spread it on the cakes… and why not in your bread…
* Add the butter when you take the chocolate out of the microwave!!
