A delicious cake or a cake that we cut and left over, how to protect it so that we can enjoy it the next day?? The sides of the slices exposed to air, will have dried!! A simple trick to keep these slices fresh!!….
We will need:
Two slices of toast!!
The Clever Trick
- Cut them to the dimensions of the sides of the cake that are exposed.
- We fasten them with toothpicks.
- We remove them when we want to cut slices.
- We put them back.
The slices of toast will keep the necessary moisture in the cake, and so it will stay really fresh for days!!
