8 tips for sleeping, to help you wake beautiful morning!!

If you want the skin and hair look younger and healthier during the next days, it's time to adopt the following nighttime habits. Sleep times play an important role……
in beauty, as we read in InVitroMagazine.gr. “In
beauty sleep is essential for skin repair”
says
Dr. Debra Jaliman, dermatologist from New York and author of
book "Skin Rules"
1. Sleep on a satin or silk pillowcase
The silk fibers of the fabric will soften wrinkles and
fine lines on your face, as they cause less friction between
of the skin and the pillowcase. "Silk is better for the
hair because it helps to avoid tangles and breakage
hairs"
, says dermatologist Jesleen Ahluwalia, MD. “It is also
better for the skin, because the material slides easily and prevents it
wrinkling of the face and therefore wrinkles".
2. Sleep on your back
Speaking of wrinkles, sleeping on your back on the mattress
can help prevent wrinkles from forming, before
that is, start to form. “Repeated pressure on the skin
of the face, causes creasing, which can eventually lead to
appearance of permanent lines on the face"
, says dermatologist Ahluwalia,
especially those who tend to always sleep on the same side
from both sides. If you tend to wake up with puffy eyes
in the morning, try sleeping with an extra pillow, as in
flat position, body fluids tend to pool around
from your eyes says Elizabeth Tanzi, MD, dermatologist from
Washington.
3. Hydration, hydration, to hydrate
For a fresh one, cool look in the morning, take care to
use an anti-aging night cream that contains hyaluronic acid
acid.
Moisturizes the skin, which helps to smooth the
wrinkles, says Francesca Fusco, MD, dermatologist working at
New York. Dr. Jaliman always recommends also put cocoa butter
before sleep, to hydrate your lashes with a brush and
never neglect the night cream.
These products work
best during its nocturnal regeneration cycle
your skin.
4. Change your pillowcases often
“Wash your pillowcases often so you don't touch it
your lovely skin on a pile of bacteria nests for eight hours each
night",
advises Dr Ahluwalia , who says that you should not only
to change pillowcases twice a week, but turn your pillows inside out on days you don't change them.
5. Sleep with a humidifier
You probably already know that drinking a lot of water does
good for your skin – but because you can't do that and against
the duration of your sleep, try using a humidifier
for keep your body hydrated at night too. This is it
especially useful during winter, when your skin tends
to dry more due to the heating.
6. Do not consume super-salty foods and drinks, before you sleep
“When you consume too much alcohol, your body dehydrates," says Dr
Fusco. "So your body compensates for dehydration
it accumulates your body fluids around the eyes”.
Something similar
it also happens with salt, leading to ugly looking eyes
puffiness and bags under the eyes. If you still have
consume a lot of alcohol and salty foods one night, try the
extra pillow-trick
mentioned above, to help her
drainage of fluid around your eyes.
7. Tie your hair in a bun – but not too tight
It's a good idea keep your hair away from your face
you while you sleep, to avoid mixing with the oils
of your skin.
Nevertheless, try not to tie them tightly or
ponytail, because this can cause
breaking your hair, especially at their roots. Dr. Connell
she suggests wrapping them in a scarf, preferably silk!!
8. Go to bed with a clean face
The make-up on the face during
duration of sleep causes obstruction, which can lead to
complete destruction of the skin!!
"Many women who sleep with makeup on, they wonder why
they wake up with funky gunk eyes in the morning," says Emily Kate Warren,
artistic makeup artist from New York.
