Green boiled vegetables!!

Many times we see on TV that they decorate a dish with beans or broccoli and their color looks so awesome that you suspect it's fake. Come on, it's not.!!….
In order for green vegetables to retain their beautiful color, the following steps must be taken:

a. When it's time to boil them, the water must be boiling. Do not put them in while the water has not yet boiled.

b. When you strain them, put them in a bowl of ice water. If it has ice cubes in it, even better.

This way the green vegetables will remain green even after boiling!!
