Polka dot eggs
In pale shades
1. With onion
You will need 2 large handfuls of red onions, vinegar, 2 cups of water and a pot. Simmer 20 finely chop the onions, then add 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Allow the mixture to cool before dipping the eggs in. Leave the means for 1-5 minutes depending on how dark you want the color to be.

You will need 2-4 tablespoons of grated beetroot, 2 cups of boiling water and 1 teaspoon white vinegar. You dip the eggs in the mixture for 1-5 minutes depending on how intense you want the color to be.
3. With red cabbage
You will need 2-3 tablespoons of chopped red cabbage, 2 cups of boiling water and 1 teaspoon white. Place the eggs in the mixture overnight. Carefully remove them the next day and let them dry for a few minutes on a spoon before transferring them to their box.
4. With turmeric
You will need 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric, 2 cups of boiling water and 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Place the eggs in the mixture for 1-5 minutes depending on how intense you want the color to be. Remove the dust carefully with a damp paper towel.

2. Cut squares of silk fabric enough to completely cover each egg and be able to tie on top.
3. Place a square piece of cotton cloth on the table and spread over it a square piece of silk.
4. Place a raw egg in the center. Carefully wrap the egg in the silk and tie’ the with a string.
5. Place the eggs in the pot and add a mixture of 50% white vinegar and 50% enough lukewarm water to cover the eggs, but not so much that they float.
6. Boil the eggs for 45 minutes.
7. Place an old towel or several layers of absorbent paper on a large baking sheet.
8. Once the eggs are cooked, place them on the baking sheet to cool completely. Once cooled, cut the string with the scissors, carefully remove the fabric and let them dry completely in a box.
9. After they cool down, you can rub them gently with cooking oil to give a shine or leave them as they are.
