What you'll need:
- ½ cup Marseille soap, grated on a coarse grater
- 1 ½ cup baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of magnesium sulfate salts (Epsom Salts τα βρίσκετε στα φαρμακεία)
- 3 tablespoons of oxygen
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 15- 20 drops essential oil of your choice
Instructions:
- Stir, in a large bowl the grated Marseille soap with the baking soda and the salts.
- Subsequently, add the oxygen to the mixture and mix well.
- Once homogenized, add the vinegar, and essential oils.
- The result should have the texture of wet sand, but not disintegrate when pressed.
- On one surface, spread baking paper and, with the help of a spoon, divide the mixture into equal-sized tablets.
- Spray your tablets with equal parts water-vinegar and let them dry at least 8 hours before using them.
- The next time you load the washing machine, throw a tablet in the bin or, for heavily soiled laundry, two.
